Stupidly slow download speed on battlenet after reinstalling computer!

Hello! My battlenet is acting up after a clean install of windows 10, wher the game will download at a normal rate untill almost finished and then drastically slow down. I have a 500/500 connection and currently downloading at 800kb/s.
I've been trying to download a game all day, which would normally take like 30 minutes.. Any advice guys?
