What does offline access mean?
So I was gonna buy Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, and I found one on ebay for 3$ but it said offline access and idk what it means. Also does it seem legit?

Ask the seller. And no, three dollars for a game that came out not even half a year ago and costs 50 bucks on Steam... I wouldn't touch that.

Means they will "sell" you a pirated copy of the game that works with Steam but only in offline mode.
There are a few of those. Basically the cracked files simulate a Steam environment so the game will run but if you go online while playing it will detect the manipulated files and redownload the correct ones.

So no, not legit in any shape or form and should actually be reported to EBAY for selling stolen products.

If you want to save money without any illegal crap go to isthereanydeal.com
They only list official key sellers.
You buy access to account with a full legit copy of the game, but there is bunch of people that also bought access to this account, so after you install it you have to turn off online mode and remote play to launch it
