featured artwork showcase

so recently i bought featured artwork showcase from the point store and it only has one slot and after i checked my showcases and noticed that i have to featured artwork showcase one of them is free and one of them is bought from the store and both of them have one slot only so can someone help me so i can have two slots for the featured artwork showcase that i bought from the store?

Featured Artwork always has one slot, which is different from the regular Artwork showcase which has a few thumbnails to the side of the larger slot.

well i have to disagree with you since i saw featured artwork showcase up to 3 slots and even the steam support told me to upgrade it to two slots but there is no upgrade for it in the shop and you can even check my friend cladsic hes in my profile he has two slots for it

there are two artwork showcases by default
look at you showcaselist in your profile settings

i did i have two featured artwork showcase one of them read as featured artwork showcase and the other as featured artwork showcase(steam point shop purchase)

You should also have one that just says "Artwork Showcase".

i do but its a diffrent showcase that has like 4 slots i think

No, you bought the upgrade. All showcases in the point shop are upgrades of the original showcases as it clearly states. Each showcase type in the points shop shows you what the original is and what the upgrade will look like. In some cases you can have more than one showcase bought as an upgrade. You are only level 10 so you can only have one showcase regardless.

Artwork one has 3 small slots and a main one but at least 4 pieces of artwork must be uploaded to the profile for them to be filled. An upgrade in this instance allows for an extra showcase and not any more slots attached to the main one unlike the game collector one which allows for two more tier rows.

I think you're confusing the "Level up your showcases" and the "Additional showcases" section in the point shop. You can't upgrade/level up the artwork showcases, so he must've bought the additional one.

Also, when you buy an additional showcase, you also get an extra showcase slot. That's why I have more than 11 showcases, and OP now has two of them even though he's under level 20.
