Microsoft Basic render driver help

For some reason in my games it uses this Microsoft Basic Render Driver as my graphics card instead of my actual graphics card does anyone know why? and how I can fix it if so please help im desperate now im trying to do everything I can

Then uninstall NVIDIA Drivers & Software; reboot as needed, then install latest "WHQL" version. http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/91812 During NVIDIA installer, select Custom and tick "Clean Install" box.

It gets the Drivers from Windows Updates anyways; let it do this.
Do all the Windows Updates until there are no more left to do.
Then, run DDU App and wipe all GPU Drivers from system with this tool.
Then get the Drivers from the official chipset maker; Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, etc, and install them after wiping with DDU in safe mode and rebooting.

I have the same problem, solved after disable and enable my intel graphic driver, hope it works for you.
