Gifts Fake or legit?

So I got this link from a friend that said if I press the link he gets points, eventually he will get 50 bucks or something to his giftcard.

But my question is, is this legit from steam, or just scam? Did anyone ever reach 0 points?

Nah, nobody will give you anything for free, and they can't make 50 or more € by your trying only...

I checked to see if the site was dangerous via using website checkers. The site is fairly new, sometime this year the site was up. No reports of viruses and other malware. HOWEVER, here is my prediction: once you get 50 points, {HIVATKOZÁS TÖRÖLVE}steamwalletgifts.com will probably ask you to download a file for the $50(or in your equivalent currency) code that contains hazardous files included. All in all, too good to be true => just don't risk yourself.

It's a scamsite, steam is blocking the url, that should be a big hint.
