Uplay account temporarily suspended.

So, i was playing ac unity, and the game crashed (hasn't happend for a long time). So i sign out, and back into my pc, launch Uplay, and im met with this. Your account and been temporarily suspended due to multiple failed login or activation attemts. so what do i do now? is someone trying to hack my uplay account? i havent activated any codes recently or logged in multiple times. help?.

i couldnt be bothered to open a support ticket on their website. plus you get feedback from fellow gamers here.

It's a temp lock out. Don't try and log in for 1 hour and it should be back to normal.

May want to reset password when you have the chance.

ok, thanks. as long as i can get back in soon. I have every AC game there is and im not about to be stopped from playing them, plus loosing all that money, lol

Assuming Ubisoft is at least half way competent you wouldn't lose your account if you could prove it's actually yours.

Probably have a quicker support time than Steam does too.

How long did it take man all the sudden i'm trying to play my bought version of Rainbow Six Siege and AC3 it says this? I know my password for it but still for how long ? do you remember?

i know that my internet is quite slow and im planning to change it... when suddenly I came back from school and saw The Crew done from installing and ready to play but still ♥♥♥♥♥♥' downloading!! this is ♥♥♥♥♥ mate! so here it goes i tried to run the game and i was able to play it and then it crashed (several times actually) and when i tried to signout seeing that if i do that it would help but ♥♥♥♥♥♥!! it didn't Uplay sends me some messages same to the guy who posted this discussion!
