moved from China ,how can I remove this Dota 2 - Perfect World Retail(CN)?
I have moved from China to Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A with my family.
and contacted with steam support, but no staff reply the my issue.
is there any other way to remove a game cdkey from my account ,so i can purchase the correct version for new region?
