Once a virus is in, uninstalling infected programs won't do much as the virus can be everywhere. You need to do a proper scan. That is, use a bootable virus scanner.
Hopefully this will clarify a few things. I've been asking this question for two days now and no one seems to understand what I'm saying.
If you want save internet trafic - delete all executable files, from games folders, then check games caches.
If you know how was infected - you already in safe
If not anderstand it - you can be infected again and again
Power is not in the antivirus, but in user's knowledges:
one user not use AV, but have not viruses
other use few AV, but have thousands viruses
Time of signatures-based AV is already gone
Сommon sense be with you, and a little bit of paranoia
