Unreal Tournment Engine games and console commands at launch

Hi,
it's possible to add a command when a game launch.
HOW I can run a console command in the start of a game?
For example:
I want the command "stat fps" to be launched automatically when I start the game.
I guess it is like "-console stat fps" or something.

It seem there is not a way to launch the game with a console command enabled, isn't true?
For my case I wanted the game ALWAYS launch itself showing fps ("stat fps" from console).
If is how I see I had always to use keyboard, invoke console and then write that. :-(

Use the

"-ExecCmds=” stat fps”

Although these quotes don't make sense to me, I would try this instead:

-ExecCmds="stat fps"
