Was your transaction successful?
Check this link to see the status of your transaction:

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

umm yeah so i got the same problem buying the metro bundle (metro 2033 redux and last light redux), the status of the games is failed and oxxo can´t (or doesn´t want) to refund me. I just wanted to know what i´m gonna have to do to get my hecking money back or the games at the same price (they´re on sale right now).

your problem is with the retailer , steam has nothing to do with 3rd party sales (oxxo , whatever that is ),
the cheap can be expensive

My best guess is to check via the third party site you purchased from. Never heard of oxxo

How is it that a 7/11 type store is selling video games?

They're yanking you - demand to get your money back, because they shouldn't be selling these things in the first place. talk to whoever is actually the owner of the place if possible.

But it's a 3rd party place, it won't matter what you want to do with Steam, it's not going to show in your steam list because it's not bought from this site.

I tried contacting BOACOMPRA (which is the site steam gives you to perform the payment with oxxo) through their mail (provided on the page steam gives you to contact them) so wish me luck.

Wait this oxxo whatever is an actual store, not an online store?

It's an actual store here in Mexico (dunno if there are oxxos in other countries) but they offer payment services, and I don't see myself using them again in the future.
