That is, if you know when around the game is released.
Of course, even then you'll get the installation prompt which you've to manually go through.
Website side doesn't have that though, so that could be one way.

You can find out your session ID if you hit CTRL+U on your web-browser while logged into Steam. APP-ID is visible in the game's Store Page URL. Exclude the ()
Keep your cookies, stay logged in on your web-browser, and make that as a .url file to your Task Scheduler.
Should you want it installed on another disk, pre-emptively do this via administator cmd.exe:

So if you'll get this code on your browser, the address is right. (and should work should you have both your login on your web-browser and the Steam -client on simultaneously)
When released, executing the URL will say {"success":1} and then initiate the download on the Steam -client. This will automatically download the game on the disk Steam is installed in, thus I mentioned symlink as an alternative above. :)

It's easier to do a remote install if you are logged in on the website or use the mobile app.
You can start the remote install from your library on your profile instead of doing (and remembering ) the URL.

It's a better option if you don't want to automate it.
Otherwise I'd have suggested that from the very first post.
Infact, the better option is to just install it directly using the Steam -client. But again, realtime interaction required there.
