First of all, you wanna upload your picture to any website. I prefer using http://imgur.com
Second of all, when you have your link ready, you put [IMG] in the beginning of it and [/img] at the end.
Ex: [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/example[/img] (second one should be capitalized)
