bought a russian key
now, i activated the key, but when i wanna dowload "rust" (the game that i bought) it wont let me. This game is not available in my region. So i would need help. dont tell me not to buy russian keys, because i know that now. didnt know it before. I would like to have a fix or to remove the game from my library so i can rebuy it. pls help

nah, it takes like months for that. i would like to buy it now :D if that would work :D

Support can remove it, you won't get your money back though. Next time, don't buy from those shady unauthorized resellers. Their cheap games always have a price.
You could buy the game as a game gift item and store it in your inventory until Steam answers.

Good thing is, it's a different support department responsible for your request, so an answer should come a lot faster.

From where did you purchase it? Steam store or a third party?

As Teutep mentions, contact Steam Support in regards to it's removal. You are running outside of Steams TOS at the moment. It would be best to avoid trying to get it to work, etc - cut the lost, rather than risking ban of the entire account.

yes i know i dont get any money. but i cant buy it if it doesnt get removed thats what i want.
