Steam Purchase Declined by Credit Card Company

I bought a Fred Meyer Rewards card the other night. It's a temporary debit card. Visa.

I tried to put money in my Steam Wallet so I could upgrade to pay2play in TF2, but after filling out my personal information I was met with a message that said this:

"Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below, please try your purchase again."

I don't know what to do about this. I tried to contact Steam support but they wanted me to create a Steam Support account and they still haven't sent me my confirmation e-mail.

If anyone reading this has encountered a problem like this before and knows what my issue might be, please respond as soon as possible ;_;

Nevermind everypony, I was just using the wrong expiration date. :p
