Cannot unpack Gems from Sack.

Recently got into collecting cards to craft badges, the Steam gems turned out to be quite useful to get those booster packs.

Issues I have so far:

1) Cannot unpack Gems from Sack through Steam browser window itself.
No matter what I click it just won't unpack.

2) Suddenly cannot unpack Gems from the internet browser version of Steam.
- There was no previous problems before this.
- This problem started since yesterday.
- I'm using Google Chrome

Are these 2 issues a major bug or minor bug, or something only I have?

It's a bug.

It was broken for a month in the sense that it was only broken on the Steam -client, now it seems to be broken on the other platforms too.

Funnily enough, packing (the vice versa) works.

Converting items into gems works partially, some items convert; others don't.

Try it in any game with steam overlay. That works for me...
