NFS Rivals 30fps cap??!

So I bought this game on origin yesterday when it was on sale and I cannot figure out how to raise the fps cap to atleast 60. I've tried the workaround that has been circulating online but it hasn't worked for me.


It baffles me to heck that these damn devs cannot release a decent console port that is up to the standards of the PC community, in other words non of this 30fps cap bullsh*t or any hard cap for that matter. Im sick and tired of these devs treating us like we're nobodies. Un-f*cking-believable!


Anyways for those of you who own this game, help me increase the cap to 60fps. Thanks.
