Crash File!
I have a problem with steam. I open the steam and it's updating but it's a crash file in folder steam. http://s15.postimg.org/sl3a0bi1n/Untitled.png

The problem you have seems to be hypochondria. Does Steam work or not? If yes, don't stop caring.

Uninstall Steam and install it someplace else. See if it works then.

First, get familiar with Process Monitor. There are also guides.

it's known problem with first install from installer - it's outdated and incorrect update first time

run steam.exe as Administrator with -tcp argument
you also can reboot Windows in safe mode with network
+ reinstal \bin\steamservice.exe

this problem not appear so often if you install Steam in C:\steam
or D:\steam
Proram Files have complexity security permissions
