can i buy games in steam using debit card

why not try it?steam don;t support a lot debit mostly which use 3d security

if u asking abt tax?then if there is any it will show u in ur cart or checkout but i doubt scotia bank card will work most likely it declined by steam who know its steam or bank problem try paypal easy way around .
+ i also can;t use my debit so i always use skrill
