Personally I'd stay away from PSC considering how often it seems to fail with Steam -transactions.
( also i dont know where you got that from since i never got any problems with buying with paysafe cards)
Otherwise no way.
To put a rough percentage; around 90% of the payment issue -threads I respond to on Help & Tips are related to Paysafe Card.
http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/search/?gidforum=882959061466924237&include_deleted=1&q=paysafe
Now please focus on the problem you posted about and read the above side of my post.
Other option is to use PSC as secondary payment method and pay the remains that the Steam Wallet isn't enough for. (but this works only if Steam Wallet is insufficient.)
If a game costs $5 USD; and you have $4.17 USD in your Steam Wallet; you can pay the rest with a secondary payment method, i.e. PSC: $0.83 USD
However, to add custom funds via https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds/ you need to spend more than $5 USD for the custom amount script to even work.
Meaning you can't add $4.99 USD; but you can for example add $5.01 USD.
Basically 'adding funds' with that amount is impossible; utilizing it is possible given the former rule.
and does that script work when i have like 11$ for example left and iwant to add it trough steam itself ? or do i need somkething first? because the wallet service on steam said minimum 5
You need to use your web-browser though.
The plugin can be downloaded from here: http://www.enhancedsteam.com/
EDIT: i trust it.. its on the app page and that one i do trust :P

Use it.
Love it.
Live it.
Seriously, it is everything that the Steam website should be.
