FPS monitor other than FRAPS?
so i always used FRAPS in the past when checking out a games framerate VS settings i mess with. Well it seems it doesn't work with windows 10 which i have on my new laptop. Does anyone know a simple light program that works like/as good as FRAPS that i can use with windows 10?

Why aren't you using the Steam's own FPS monitor?

Steam > Settings > In-Game
    In-game FPS counter

oh, i didn't know it had one, thanks. But i still need one for my non steam games, anyone got any suggestions?

Launch then through Steam.
I use GeForce Experience for all my FPS and video needs.
