Fraud on Steam Wallet
I am from Turkey and my internet provider is TTNET. On TTNET, there is a site "www.playstore.com" where you can buy games, money for steam wallet etc. There is of course a password for the site, and sms confirmation to complete shopping. Somehow, somebody stole my account and bought 370 Turkish Liras of steam wallet money. I have a confirmation sms but I have never used the code in the sms to complete any purchases.
Now my question is, I have the codes that are bought from my account by somebody. There are 8 different codes. I want to learn which accounts used these codes. I have already sued the TTNET for this. If I learn who used the codes, I can reach the fraudsters. Can I reach that information?

Please somebody help me about this. Helpdesk is not available, community is my only hope.
Anybody? Admins?
so if you never used the code in the sms to confirm the purchases there is no steam account to track because the codes never been sold.

you are not getting the information what steam account used them.

I think this is a problem you need to fix with that website nowere else.
Somehow there are purchases and the steam wallet codes are probably has been used from the fraudsters. Steam should help me, but the help channels are really useless.
helping you is not the same as telling you what account the codes have been used on.

but I am really confused now , the site is responsible if you did not confirm that purchase.

How exactly is a third party website issue a Steam Support issue?

Valve cant help, this is a problem only playstore can solve, they are the seller, and it was your account at playstore that got compromised.

Yes I didn't confirm and I have already sued ttnet for that. I thought knowing the accounts would help the process as solid evidences.

Okay but there are wallet codes which are used on steam wallet site. And only steam can say which accounts used these codes. Am I wrong?

Valve/Steam has nothing to do with playstore, that is why Valve/Steam can't help with your problem, talk to playstore, it is a problem that has happend on their site/service.

Does not change anything, Valve should never give out that sort of info, talk to playstore and make them revoke the codes if that is possible.
