Greece gift card or other payment methods?

Hello,
I recently realised I cannot buy items from steam since the capital controls.A few months ago I learned that steam accepts paysafe.I was really glad I could use paysafe as it was a relatively cheap and fast way of buying items from steam.However,after the recent capital controls I can no longer buy paysafe neither use my paypal account to buy items from Steam.Is there ANY way I can actually buy electronic goods now from Steam? On a side note,it would be a really good idea to provide greek shops with steam gift cards since google and apple already do give such cards (or at least I can find a lot in the super markets).
