I can not remove the attribute "read-only" folder with Steam
Не могу убрать атрибут "только для чтения" с папки Стима
Собсна сабж. Убираю атрибут "только для чтения" закрываю окно, открываю заново и снова вижу атрибут "только для чтения". Из за этого каждый раз качаю заново обновления для игр.

Removes the attribute "read only" to close the window, open again and see the attribute "read only". Because of this every time I download again game updates. Win7

That is everywhere the same with every other folder.
Remove the read only from the files, not the folders.
