Considering you could be from so many countries, I'd recommend to Google for one for your location if your local retailers don't offer them.

there is lot places to buy that from why not just funds directly if u need wallet code i use this http://www.seagm.com/steam-wallet-card-code-sea check ur country first i can't tell u any other site since i never used them /

If you buy the funds in form of a Steam wallet code, you'll get a Steam wallet code. If you buy funds in a different way, then no.
