(Steam Big Picture) Bubbles screensaver is blank

Or more accurately, a dark blue screen. Everything's running fine and I can just move the mouse or press a button on a controller to get out of the "screensaver" but still, seems odd that's it's not showing the bubbles at all. I know for a fact that it worked in the past, I used it a few times. I know this is pretty much an non-issue compared to bigger issues with some Steam features but I was just curious if this has been happening to anyone else or is it just something on my end.
