Moving game to another drive failing (has shared content)

When trying to move certain games from one drive to another using Storage Manager, I get the following error:
"Moving content for the following apps has failed: [game]: has shared content"

What does it mean by "has shared content," and what do I have to do to fix it?

Shared content could include remote play content and cannot be moved away from Steam. Valve Anti Cheat may have it locked when using a Storage manager.

Rightclick the game>properties>open local files tab>move installation files select the USB drive or destination. Preferrably a folder named Steam.
Then you can add it back into Steam library with the new library from new destination.
