How Can I Play Multiplayer Games With a Person Bearing a Steam Community Ban?
Someone I know says they have a "Steam Community Ban" and I want to play some games with them like maybe some TF2.

How can I do this?

He says people can't join his games and he can't join their games through Steam buddy list.

Is there any way for me to play multiplayer with this guy?

They can always create a new account and use that to play TF2.

You can also exchange server IPs instead of joining through the Steam friends list.
