because if we follow the explanation then it should popup again, and it dont do that i stand on it in steam client, look like diffrent view in library content , problem is my current game is there already and maybe thats why i dont see a popup.
So i have the Actuall beta build from steam maybe its a bug idk tbh and im using it in fullscreen if that answers ur question xD
Steam works two ways.
If the client is already on the desktop and you click play on a game it launches the game or it may bring up a launcher first.
If Steam is minimised to the taskbar (by clicking on X in the top right corner of the client) and you right click on the Steam icon to select it and launch a game with left click, Steam is brought back to the desktop and the game launches.
Note: if a game has a launcher it will show the launcher before you are then required to click on play.
we other are in the client already and on that game view alrready , so we dont see that effect popup view.
