HELP - Steam support
Hey everyone, ill try to explain it as clear as possible.
I bought assassin's creed, paid the money but the game did not get added to my library. They send me a saved kart, but to get the game i have to pay for it again, meaning i would pay twice for the game.
I wanted to send another complaint but i cannot, as i have already send one on the same topic.
This is incredibly frustrating, i dont know what to do.
Does anyone have any idea what i could do.

I assume you're using Paysafe or iDeal? It happens during most sales.

Most likely the transaction failed. Steam never received the money. The money will be returned to you within a few days or even sooner. There's nothing Support can do - the issue is not with them.
