A problem with buying a game

I bought game 2 hours ago by paysafecard and game is not in my library :( Of course steam took my money and nothing happend next. Paysafecard done transaction correctly. What should i do?

Heaven knows...we get complaints about them even when there's no sale on.

Really, at this stage, Paypal or any other service is just a better option. Heck, even iDeal is a better option.

I never had any problems with PSC until yesterday, whether it was in sales season or not.
