A problem with buying a game

I bought game 2 hours ago by paysafecard and game is not in my library :( Of course steam took my money and nothing happend next. Paysafecard done transaction correctly. What should i do?

You're the one who is ranting and crying just because PSC simply can't do their job, once again. Happens all the time. Not sure why people still use that crappy service.

Heaven knows...we get complaints about them even when there's no sale on.

Really, at this stage, Paypal or any other service is just a better option. Heck, even iDeal is a better option.

I never had any problems with PSC until yesterday, whether it was in sales season or not.
