Can I combine steam wallet and paysafecard?

You can do wallet with the remainder being a card, but you can NOT do partial card with the rest pulling from the wallet.

If you've got 2.30 wallet and buy a $5 game, you'll be asked for a card for the remaining 2.70.
If you've got a 3.52 PSC with and want to use that first, you're not getting it.

Steam uses your wallet by default, it will ask for a second payment method if the amount in your wallet is not enough.
