i just topped up my wallet with 50 euros trough my phone but it doesnt appear help plz

The "nl" suposedly signifies Netherlands, hence payment method supposedly iDEAL. That and similar methods (German Giropay, Belgian Bancontact, ...) is currently an issue in combination with Steam; either a to those systems common payment service provider that Steam uses has an issue sending notification to Steam or Steam has an issue receiving it. Posts on this forum indicate that things work out "eventually", i.e., in at most a few days.

It took 50 euros sais failed transaction now and i camt refund cause it gives an error cant even get an receipt

The money never left. It is only on a hold and will be released back in a few days.

Hello. It's the same for me. Earlier on I've added a certain amount of a brand new paysafecard to my account... There were never any problems before. However, today it happened. The transaction was firstly being shown as "pending", and now it has completely disappeared off the list altogether. The money was never credited to my account and the paysafecard shows 0,00 € on it after checking it.

Be sure to let us know when/if that sorts itself out so that we know we can go buy things on Steam again :steammocking:

Help I accidently bought a bundle of games on steam with Bancontact and Steam will only let me refund them trough steam wallet wich is means they stay in steam wallet. I need that money back what can I do? Please help!

If your external payment method does not support refunds, there is nothing you can do.
