Problem with the 3 day market restriction - credit card

So my issue is i cant verify my card for multiple reasons. I have been using the same credit card for months yet whenever i add anything above 10-15 euros i get a 3 day market ban. I get it, thats how steam works so whatever. what i want to know is this. I am currently restricted from the market for 2 days and i want to buy some stuff that require me putting in approximatelly 30 euros, If i add them while the restriction is still ongoing will it further my market ban by 3 more days or is it not like that?

Let Steam remember the card. That way, you won't get that temporary ban anymore.

but it does. i never have to put the card number anymore. isnt that it or am i missing something?

You've recently funded your Steam Wallet using an unverified credit card that has had a recent increase in use. You can attempt to verify the funds now or wait until the restriction is automatically removed.
my issue is not the fact that even though i ve been using the same cc for months now it keeps happening. what i would love to know is if i can put more money in while i am restricted so i am able to buy the things i want as soon as its lifted. I am a bit scared to put more money in know cause i am afraid it will extend my restriction time.

i get that but i dont have online banking and its not really feasible to go to a bank during lockdown . What i am asking is again this. do you know if i can put more money in while i am restricted so i am able to buy the things i want as soon as its lifted ?

Then, when you get that message again, no. You will have to wait 3 days to use the funds that weren't verified.

Or just purchase wallet cards and never deal with verification again.
