Example L4D2 SRCDS MOTD
Would anyone mind sharing their (working) MOTD file code for their Left 4 Dead 2 dedicated server MOTD?

Over the past few years I've had issues with my L4D2 server motd not even showing in game and other times my html/coding hasn't been compatible and displays gibberish or raw HTML code.

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my 10 year old L4D2 server and the MOTD is my last hurdle. (A LOT has changed since 2009 lol)

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their file allowing me to cross reference my work with theirs and assist me in resolving my MOTD errors!
