There is a "trick" to at least get a complete list of all games owned by your account, even "removed" ones.
Go into your Steam client settings, then under FAMILY select "Manage Family View".
After it starts select " only games i choose" then "next".

It will now show you a list of all games that ever were associated with your account, including removed or refunded titles.
Just compare that list with your library to see what you are missing and restore the titles accordingly.
Can be a lot of work depending on how many games you removed and how large your library is but at least its an option to find those titles.

Use own profile status what you own and have on record.
rest can be seen as not owned.

and i doubt its steam job to tell you what you dont own or have once owned and use as backup.

Don't check the purchase history, but check licenses and product key activations: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

i have buy some of the games i remember arent there
There is no other history of the licenses. If you can't remember them, there is no other way.

You have to keep track of what games you removed from your account yourself.

how do you make a steam support ticket these days?
Steam support can't help you with this.

Why do people delete games from their account? Then jump up and down and want them back later? You can solve this by not deleting them in the first place

You might want to ask yourself why you make a thread asking something and then can't accept the answer.

Before you get angry msg from everyone, please understand you ask for a service that you want to things you dont want backthen and what it was. im sure such scripts can be made, but i have no doubt it will have a cost fee. and im sure 99,9% of the world will never accept it.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
