Please help i tried to pay 5 euro to add up on my account but when i paied it kept saying that is working so when i looked on my skrill account the payment got trough but the money on steam didnt apear

Valve only responds to tickets, not emails.

Failed transaction from dropped connection while authorizing the payment caused by faulty PC/cables/router, crap ISP, crap payment processor with crap servers, power fluctuations at any connection point etc.etc.etc.
Take your pick.

Or just delayed for a whole list of other reasons.

All that's needed is a bit of patience and you'll see your money pop right back into your bank account or get your payed items.

Amazing how many people jump straight to "Steam stole my money!".
