DX on Windows 10

Hello guys, I got this issue(s) ...

First of all, correct me is I'm wrong. If I have the latest Dx, it will run everything that needs a lower Dx version?

Notice: I have the latest Nvidia driver installed (Nvidia GF GTX 690 (x2 SLI)). OS: Windows 10pro64 with Dx12. (FYI: i7-5960x, 32 DDR4, Rampage V xtrm (with latest bios version)).

I got this issue:

Installed FarmingSimulator 15 via Steam. Installed correctly for as far as I know. Can click the 'play' button but it says it installs DirectX for Wimdows (1 of 1) and than this (steam popup) window dissapears again. The game won't start up, nothing more happens. (I have a similar issue on Arma II which I am trying to install from a DVD, but that game is't even starting up the installation procedure after I clicked the install button. The window just dissapears and noting more happens).

What do I do wrong?

I tried to change the startup option of FS15 by adding "-dxlevel120" and also "-dxlevel110" But without any results.

Any help is appreciated!

Downloading and installing went through. Once I push the play button, it tries to install a DX thing and than the window dissapears ...

You still haven't done what I said. Here:
Open the game folder and install the DX runtime manually.

I did so allready ... no result

Did the installer, that you called manually, run through without any issues?

It went tru the end, as in the picture, the progress bar is totally green but than that pop up appears and when I click ok, the message that the installation failed appears.

Cant you just say "The same error occurs"? You know, helping you is hardly rewarding if you make it complicated.
Anyway, now you should post the content of the log file.

I could if I was only sure that it is the same error ... since I don't get any feedback runnung it via Steam, it just stops and dissapears. But I dont want to be a mister wise guy. Glad you r trying to help me :)

It contains old entries. Delete the file, run the DX installed again and then, after the error happens, post the file here.
Really, I'd rather you post the content of the file here instead of expecting me to download a file.

Sory 4 that, but I was too short in characters ...

Do I just have to delete the DXreport.log file?

I think I got it.

I think I figured it out ... . It 's the 690 that does not support DX 12 while it is installed as I run W10. I'll have to buy a now GPU I guess ...

So far ... I did buy a new GPU, Titan X, but the game still does not want to start up. GPU driver is the latest version. I don't get it anymore. There isstill that same problem
