Paysafe Card problem

Hello guys, so i wanted to add 5 euro to my steam wallet. Typed the paysafe card code like many times before except this time i didnt get the money right away.

I waited for a while but i still didn't have the money on my steam account so i got a bit worried. Went into my purchase history and saw that the said purchase is still 'pending'. Now im not sure what does it mean cuz appareantly the money from PaysafeCard was drained so i dont have the paysafe card nor the steam money. Should i w8 even more? (It's been about 1 hour)

Idk, last time i bought wallet with psc it also didnt came right away, i saw only after like 20 minutes that i got the wallet

Ok i will wait. Do you have some idea about how long i might have to wait though? Or is it completely random like 2hours up to 1 week? :p

Typically Pending is resolved within a few hours, generally within 24 hours.

Ok so i started up steam today and still got no money on :p Should i be worried or just keep waiting?

Is it still [Pending] or does it say [Failed] here?

Well it completely disappeared from the purchase history? I will see if the funds are back on the PaysafeCard

yea, well the funds are not on Paysafe Card and the position completely disappeared from the purchase history :(

So it's not appearing in that link that I posted?

Because for me it still shows my [Failed] transactions too.

Actually on the site it appears as "Pending" but the ammount of money is crossed out. It just doesnt appear anymore in purchase history on the steam app

I don't trust the Purchase History -page to begin with.

It hasn't showed my Pending / Failed transactions ever since it changed its outlook.

Should the Help -page say Pending, then it's pending still. Sorry.

Although, if it was also there before and no longer isn't, then the chances are probably greater that it's going to turn into [Failed] and the rest is up to your payment processor, which is Paysafe.

Ok. It is listed as Failure on that site now. So .. what do i do now? :| Money is not back on paysafe card code. Should i try to contact paysafe? And is it even possible to contact paysafe about something like that?
