COD WAW COOP NOT WORKING!!!

call of duty world at war co-op is not working ,zombies and co op campaign is not working, multiplayer still works but the other one are not. for example, me and my friend were going to play zombies ( and custom maps) i host online, make it go to zombies, invite my friend,and hes not in the lobby (one time i started the game with him not in the lobby and it worked) i started the game and it says that there needs to be at least 2 players in the lobby.i need help
