F4 key binded to mute
I was playing a game and suddenly while i was playing my F4 key somehow binded to mute so whenever i press it to access a game command it just mutes the entire game, i need a way to unbind this or just to turn off or disable all the shortcuts to my function keys, im using Windows 10 on a ASUS monitor and a IBUYPOWER tower, i have tried redownloading the plugin keyboard and factory reset my entire setup but it still hasent fixed, i tried re mapping the keys with Script Keys and nothing was working, im getting hopless at this point and needs suggestions, HELP!

What game? All of them or one in particular?

i.e. Does it only happen in Garry's Mod; or also PAYDAY 2 for example?

Well the change happened in gmod and now it affects the F4 key for every game now

Anything under Control Panel > Keyboard ? Or the said keyboard's drivers?

Perhaps check the key bindings in the game itself.
