CAN MY PC RUN CS:GO?? Help please!!

Hello. This is my PC specifications:
-Windows 7 ultimate(64 bit)
-Processor--->AMD atholon(tm) II X2 250 Processor (2 CPUs) - 3,0 GHz
-Memory---> 4GB RAM
-DX Version---> DirextX 11
-Display--->NVIDIA GeForce 7025/NVIDIA nForce 630a

I tried to run CS:GO but I have lag. I think it is due to my bad graphic card, Can I overclock it to run better or should I buy new graphic card. Tell me what graphic card to buy please( dont have a lot of money-- about 55 Euros)...I saw it is good enough to run in recomended mode GeForce GT 630! Tell me your opinion pls. THANKS!

You dont need to buy a low performance card. Do you actually want to spend money on a minimum card for a single game?

The ram of the card is not related to the ram of the computer.

Well I saw it is reccomended card for CS:GO... I can buy graphic card at max 80 $ Any advice about card at that price that can make best performance for CS:GO?

I do not intend to be rude, but while your processor meets the minimum to run Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, it is old enough now that it will bottleneck a high-end GPU. If you can get your hands on a GT 630, that will suffice.
