"Power surge in the USB port"
EDIT: Apparently its a problem with my mouse, connected it to a mac and it did the same thing.

RIP Razer Gaming Mouse

My good old fashion Levnovo works just fine but I will miss the thumb buttons until I get a new mouse.

WTF is going on?

My Gaming Mouse starts glitching due to "Power surge on the USB port" but litterly after an hour of it not working it works again as I am typing the title.

Anways, any Solutions if I ever come across this again? When I was using a diffrent mouse I had no problems. (A normal Lenovo mouse mind you) Is this a hardware problem, or a mouse problem?

PS Im tired gonna go to sleep, so I wont respond for about 9-10 hours. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!

A. Was there a storm? If there is a storm unplug your pc so if you get a power serge your pc will be fine.

B. It may be your mouse pad and your mouse settings I have a razer naga 2014 and with the synapse I can change my mouse pad type, for example if my mouse pad is plain blue and I set my settings to a mouse pad with green and blue it can make my mouse lock for a sec or min then it will work again so try setting your mouse to your mouse pad color.

C. It may be your mouse itself that has a hardware problem. Take it back to the shop. Thats all I can do so I hope this helped.

D. For all you other unintelligent useless trolling Dk heads do not post on someone's thread unless you are trying to help them and not trying to mock them :P

Ok if I come across the problem again I'll just connect the glitching mouse to another computer, if it Glitches its a mouse prob, if it doesn't then its a hard drive prob.

Thanks for the help.

what power supply?
brand/model

usb ports are powered by the 5v rails on the powwer supply
if its getting surges or spikes or lots of ripple it will cause problems
