So guys, I just purchase a steam wallet code from Codapay/Codashop. I bought it for Rp. 12.000 (rupiah) and it shows me 15 digits code (Example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). And when I redeem the code I got this error "The Steam Wallet code you have entered is invalid. Please carefully verify the characters as you re-enter the code."

Question:
(?) Is it usual if I/you get a 15 digits code?

It might be caps sensetive. Try copy pasting it into the code bar.

It also might be too old. Where did you get the code from?

Legit wallet codes can have 15 character codes, yes.

If your CD-key matches the XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX pattern, please note that some numbers and letters will not be used as part of the CD Key code:
The number 0 (try entering the letter Q or D instead)
The number 1 (try entering the letter I instead)
The letter O (try entering the letter Q or D instead)
Check instances of the following pairs to ensure these characters are not being confused:
The letter B and the number 8
The letter G and the number 6

I don't know if this helpful or not. Because it takes time to find the correct code.

...by the way, the example code I gave you before (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) it was only the number of digits of the original code (15 digits) that I got from Codapay. I won't give anyone the real code.
