Did you even try to find out what happened? No. You just jump straight to the very last resort.
Did you check your transactions here on Steam? What does those say?
That means that your payment provider put the money on hold and will release it back to you within a few business days.
This is common practice with online payments.
It was withdrawn directly from my bank account, are you saying that I should just wait until morning to get those products?
You wait until the money have returned to your bank account. Could take up to 10 business days.
The 'last resort' comment was pointless because opening a dispute is the only way I get my money back;
Once again: When you make a transaction from your bank account, your bank puts the money on hold while it waits for a confirmation. When no confirmation come (transaction failed) the money is automatically returned to the bank account. This whole process could take up to 10 business days.
Don't believe me? Go ask your bank.
Even if you don't intervene—because your money actually hasn't gone anywhere.
You successfully sent the money, but they failed to take it.
