Open up NAT settings with iPhone Hotspot

Hey guys,
Because my internet at home is so terrible (3mbits for 4 people), I am forced to play on my iPhone for which I have an unlimited data subscription that is throttled at 20mbit.

Although my connection issues are fixed; 40 ping and enough band width to play lag free, the NAT settings are on "Strikt". This brings several problems when trying to connect to my friends sessions in some games. Now I was wondering if there was any way for me to change my NAT settings when my phone acts as my modem.
