microsoft basic render display please help

im having problems with the microsoft basic render display. when i tyr playing a game it shows this as my graphics card and doesnt show my nvdia gtx 970. im on windows 10 with the latest update. how do i make it use my graphics card and not this microsoft render display?

yeah i did this and i tryed downloading the latest driver for my card and it doesnt want to download it. it says its done installing but when i go back into the checker it still shows the new update i need to install

Install the WHQL driver, not the Beta driver.

when i did a benchmark on street fighter i was getting 8fps and i found out that it was using the microsoft basic render display as my graphics card. so i figured thats why h1z1 wont run because of that reason. its not using my graphics card for some reason when i run a game.

Take the PC back to where you bought it from and get the correct Intel CPU as already discussed.

They sold you a faulty AMD FX system and they know it too.

You need a REFUND or INTEL CORE i5 REPLACEMENT.

when i type devmgmt.msc and search my pc it shows my graphics card and shows a yellow icon next to it and it says install latest driver so i do that it just says its already up to date

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) is what it says onn the properties
