Profile comments aren't working under 1000 characters for Emote Art

I am having tons of issues with anything over 800 characters (I see this mostly, but it isn't just 800+ characters that does it. I see it other times, but can't pinpoint a trend) lately trying to post emeote art in profile comments. Then if I remove about 50-100 characters even with the exact same design it will work.

The error I get is NOT the "over 1000 characters" one either for these. It is the one saying "there was a problem posting your comment...pleast try again later", which you get when Steam isn't working right, but this is a geenral error that never goes away for an emote art post. Lately almost any emote art I try to post with over 800 characters is doing this.

For a while I thought it was maybe spam filters that wouldn't let you use the same emote that many times in a row, but clealry that isn't the case. because as you can see below the two examples are the same template and one posts, while the other doens't.

Then I figured that site where you design the art was counting them wrong, but I counted the characters manually and it is not doing it wrong. Steam is broken for their emote art capacity somehow. I cannot find anyone that knows why either.

Here's an example of what I mean...these two have the exct same number of emotes, and the exact same design. Difference is the emote name is much shorter in the second one for the background emote used making it total far less characters overall. Both are well under 1000 character limits, however only one will post.

Don't lknow what causes this but I have experienced the same issue.
