Unable to install Sleeping Dogs.

I bough Sleeping Dogs Retail DVD but Now I am facing problem in installing it. At first Steam Registers the CD Key as Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition and then it neither installs via Steam nor it Does through the Disk. Help me please.

Either go to your library and download it from there, or install from the disc like this:

When I try to install from Disk it says - The Game cannot be installed.

I am on a 32 bit OS.

Guys I am having a problem. When I insert sleeping dogs Definitive Edition disc 1 it installs than it asks to insert disc 2 after inserting it and clicking OK it does not installs the part of the game present in disc 2 instead it finishes the setup and starts to download the second part from Steam because it is activated product in my Steam Account.
