Would it be okay to leave my Desktop on all night while downloading a big game?
I was just wondering if this would damage it or if it would be completely okay as long as I turn the monitor off? Thanks for the resonses! (It will be on overnight for about 11 hours

I don't see why it would be an issue. I rarely turn off my PC and it's still going strong.

Yep. Just make sure the ventilation is ok to avoid overheating. Long uptime can be a problem if it gets excessive, but as long as you regularly shut down, it shouldn't be a problem. 11 hours is not going to kill your machine.

I rarely shut down my pc, its up and running all the time. You should be good to go.

Computers are designed to work for thousands of hours continuously. Don't worry about leaving it on overnight.
